Mr. Bell has over 35 years of senior managerial and technical experience in the utility industry. He spent 20 years in executive management positions in the electric power, water, and telecommunications industries. For 7 years, Mr. Bell managed the engineering, design, and management consulting services for a nationally recognized consulting engineering company serving the electric, water, wastewater, and solid waste businesses in California. In 2005 Mr. Bell formed MBMC, Inc.
